Dr. Mark Sterry-Blunt's Evolution Process
In these hard economic times, redundancy or job loss can pick off individuals because of reasons that have nothing to do with them. Even so, it is a blow from which it can be hard to recover. The problem is that without a job, you need to be on your feet and running; not wounded and needing to recover. It is almost impossible to feel strong and project confidence at a time like this.
Over the years, Mark has developed bespoke techniques for individuals and he has found that they work just as well for others. Here, he has combined them into a process which is aimed at people in the unfortunate position of having lost their job and finding it difficult to be the best they can when applying for a new one.
We all have everything we need to be successful and happy. Those building blocks may not be arranged in the best order. What Mark does is remove the worst ones from the front of your character and rearrange the best ones into that position. Your personality changes into the best of you. You evolve. The process has four sessions.
Session 1: Desensitisation Technique. This is a technique that Mark developed to recall traumatic times and run them out, again and again, until the traumas hold no more power over you. A feeling of freedom and liberation come after this session.
Session 2: Safe Place Technique. What Mark does, here, is compound this technique, over the top of the previous one; magnifying the effects of one with the other. This will enable you to express emotions bottled up because you were constrained by the dynamics of a previous situation. Here, you can let it all out with a vengeance.
Session 3: Recall good feelings, hold and enjoy. This may not be a new thing to do but what Mark adds is an explanation of some of the Quantum Mechanics of the brain. This way, you understand about habits: Good ones and bad ones; How to make a new habit and how to break an old habit. Understanding is the key to anything and here, it will create a subconscious intention.
Session 4: Look back and make it real. This technique
Mark developed to strengthen and reinforce what has been learned in previous
sessions. Here, you project into your future and see the changes that
you have made. In this way, you own those changes and bring this ownership
back with you. You become the person you have just seen.
