Hypnoanalysis
(Analytical Therapy)
This
is a special type of hypnotherapy using hypnosis for deep relaxation
but combining analytical techniques to resolve the more deep rooted
problems. Many people seek help after suffering for years and therefore
this therapy is longer and aims to resolve the anxiety rather than
just treat the symptom.
Hypnoanalysis is undertaken where there is a need to open parts of
the mind that are hidden from the patient in order to find the causes
of deep-rooted problems and to free the patient of them - thus allowing
them a much happier journey through life.
As well as depression, anxiety, stress and sexual problems, hypnoanalysis
can also help with phobias from claustrophobia to agoraphobia, from
coprophobia to emetophobia, from fear of spiders to fear of sharp
knives, from fear of heights to fear of water - indeed any phobia.
How does it help?
As you are guided and the body drifts into a deeper and deeper state
of relaxation, so, in its own way, does the mind. The conscious part
of the mind, the intellect, is less intensively active and the sub-conscious
is more open. This allows insight into and release from much deeper
rooted problems or anxieties.
We are allowed access to a much deeper part of the operating system
and instead of wishing you could make a change, you can make a change;
instead of wishing you could understand, you can understand. If your
problem is hidden from you under layers and layers of protection,
we can peel off those layers, one by one.
This way you will be brought to the point where you can see the problem;
once recognised, the problem is undone; you will suddenly understand
so much about yourself - why you were like you were, why you did things
the way you did and so on. This will be your 'moment of liberating
enlightenment', also, the first day of the rest of your life.
Hypnoanalysis usually takes eight sessions.
